I acknowledge I am renting a golf cart from River Downs Golf Club. In consideration for rental of the golf carts, I agree to the following binding conditions:

• I am over 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• I will operate the cart in accordance with posted cart rules of the day.
• Agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify River Downs Landowners and River Down Enterprises for all claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from my usage of the cart.
• I am responsible for any damages whatsoever to the cart, and shall reimburse upon demand for any damages to the cart, including all fees incurred to collect said monies.  A sample schedule of damages is below.  Carts will be inspected upon return and any damages recorded.

  • Ripped, burned, or hole in seat-$150
  • Windshield-$155
  • Steering alignment-$250
  • Body damage-$300
  • Roof and roof supports-$725
  • Ball washer or sand bottle-$80
  • Push Cart-$100
  • Cart Pulling/Towing-$125
• I also acknowledge that all of the above applies to the person riding with me, and as the signatory I am ultimately financially and legally responsible for any damage to, or caused by, the cart, regardless.
